1. Acceptance of Terms

Crisis Support: Our crisis support line (1800-CRISIS) operates 24/7. For immediate emergencies, always contact local emergency services (100/108 in India).
3. Anonymous User Accounts
Account Creation
- You may create an anonymous account using only a chosen nickname
- No personal identifying information is required or collected
- You receive a unique anonymous ID for account management
- Account creation implies acceptance of these terms
Account Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account access
- Use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms
- Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately
- Do not attempt to identify other users or compromise their anonymity
You may delete your anonymous account at any time, resulting in permanent removal of all associated data.

Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to identify users, breach anonymity, or compromise the safety of our community will result in immediate account termination.

Service Limitations

Emergency Situations: If you express intent to harm yourself or others, counselors may break anonymity to ensure safety, as required by professional ethics and law.

10. Account Termination
